While still part of the main restaurant, it feels distinct and slightly separated - allowing you to enjoy the atmosphere of the venue while keeping the intimacy of your own private gathering.
This space is ideal for small celebrations for a three-hour duration. Host up to 30 guests seated with a set menu option, or up to 40 standing with a cocktail-style menu.
Ground Floor Shared Area
Capacity: 30 - 60 seated only
For slightly larger gatherings, the Ground Floor Shared Area offers a comfortable and stylish space for 30–60 guests. While not fully exclusive, this area allows your group to enjoy a semi-private dining experience within the main restaurant.
Perfect for celebrations where connection and atmosphere are key, guests can enjoy Harper & Sole’s cocktail menu while still soaking in the energy of the venue.

Exclusive Venue Hire
Capacity: 60 - 110 seated or standing
For events that call for complete privacy and flexibility, the entire Harper & Sole venue can be exclusively yours. Available for evening bookings, this option accommodates 60–110 guests and offers a sophisticated setting for milestone celebrations, weddings, or corporate gatherings.
Guests can enjoy the current cocktail-style menu, with beverage packages available to tailor your event. Hosting your function in the whole venue ensures a truly private and seamless experience, where you and your guests can celebrate freely in a vibrant yet intimate atmosphere.
Private Dining - Loft Hire
Capacity: up to 30 guests
Designed with privacy in mind, this elegant space offers the atmosphere of a private dining room for up to 30 guests for a three-hour duration. Whether it’s a milestone celebration, an intimate dinner, or a gathering of close friends, the Loft creates a warm, exclusive environment where your guests can truly connect and enjoy the moment.
Please note the Loft is accessible via a spiral staircase only.
